Terms & Conditions

June 2026 — Version 1.0

Section 1 — General

  1. General

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the rules listed in these Terms & Conditions apply fully to your access and use of the Paradise Wager website and all services offered through it. You may not access or use the website if you do not accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please leave the website immediately.

  2. Updates

These terms may be updated at any time at our sole discretion, with or without notice. You are solely responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically. Continued use of the website following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

  3. Recreational Use

This website and its services are developed for recreational and entertainment purposes only. Paradise Wager is a post-up sportsbook — no credit is offered. All wagering activity requires a funded account balance. This website provides a service and is not involved in the paying or collecting of funds related to wagering outside of approved account activity. Any agreements or disputes dealing with wagering or gambling of real funds will not result in any monetary compensation by us.

  4. Damages

This website shall not be responsible for any damages or losses deemed or alleged to have resulted from or been caused by this website or its content. This includes any person's use or misuse of content, the inability to connect with or use the site, delays in operations or transmission, failure of communication lines, or any errors or omissions in content.

  5. Limitation of Liability

Paradise Wager will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages — including any loss of revenue, profits, or data — arising in connection with these Terms or use of the website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. No representations of any kind regarding profits, income, or earnings have been made by Paradise Wager or any of its officers, directors, or employees.

  6. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Paradise Wager, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and representatives from and against any liabilities, losses, damages, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) resulting from: (a) any breach of these Terms; (b) your use of the website; (c) your negligence; or (d) any injury caused directly or indirectly by your acts or omissions.

  7. Disclaimers

Paradise Wager makes no express or implied warranties with respect to its services. We make no representation that the operation of the site will be uninterrupted or error-free and will not be liable for the consequences of any interruptions or errors.

  8. Language Discrepancy

In the event of a discrepancy between the English language version of these Terms and any other language version, the English language version shall be deemed correct.

Section 2 — Account

  1. Signing Up

To open an account, you must provide accurate and valid information at the time of signup. Paradise Wager reserves the right to reject or cancel any account determined to be a duplicate, based on inaccurate information, or for any reason at management's sole discretion. By opening an account, you agree that all Paradise Wager rules, policies, and operating procedures apply to you. Paradise Wager reserves the right to refuse or restrict your account at any time to comply with any applicable requirements.

  2. Minimum Age

You must be at least 21 years of age to access the site and place wagers. By using the website, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

  3. Sole Usage

One person per account. If an account is found to have multiple persons accessing it, the account will be suspended immediately. Contact our Customer Success Team right away if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

  4. Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that no third party is able to access your username and password. You are responsible for all actions that take place on your account, whether or not you knew or consented to such actions.

  5. Account Compromised

If you suspect a third party has obtained your login credentials, contact our Customer Success Team immediately to request new credentials.

  6. Bots & Automation

All actions on the website must be performed by real human beings through the normal user interface. We will detect and restrict any robot software or programs designed to simulate human activity. Any account associated with bot activity is subject to review; confirmed bot usage will result in account termination and IP blocking. Any wagers suspected of being placed via bot are subject to review as to their validity.

  7. Unethical Activity

Any unethical activity related to the use of this website — including but not limited to collusion, match manipulation, or abuse of other users — will result in an internal investigation. We will cease business with those individuals we determine do not operate in a proper manner.

  8. Termination

Either Paradise Wager or the user may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause. Paradise Wager has the right to terminate without prior notice if the user breaches any of these Terms. Paradise Wager may withhold final account settlement for a reasonable time to ensure the correct amount is calculated and processed.

  9. Privacy

Any personal information collected is private and confidential, held on encrypted servers, and accessible only to authorized personnel. This information is destroyed after certain periods of time, with only summaries retained. Contact our Customer Success Team if you have concerns about the long-term retention of your detailed account history or visit our Privacy Policy.

  10. Financial Transparency

Users must be able to demonstrate, at any time while their account is active, that the funds used to wager are derived from a legal source. We may request evidence of this if needed. We are committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of any unlawful activity.

Section 3 — Claims & Disputes

  1. Backups & Records

All website actions are logged and backed up regularly. In any case of dispute, both management and the user agree that the log backup shall serve as the final authority. All actions will be adjusted accordingly based on those records.

  2. Claims Window

Claims must be lodged within seven (7) days from the date the discrepancy occurred. No claims will be honored after this seven-day period has expired.

  3. Claims Procedure

To log a claim, the user must provide a valid ticket number and contact our Customer Success Team via email from the registered email address on the account. All claims must be submitted in writing so we maintain a written record of the matter.

  4. Missing or Duplicate Wagers

Users are solely responsible for their own account transactions. We do not accept responsibility for missing or duplicate wagers made by the user and will not entertain discrepancy requests on that basis. Contact our Customer Success Team immediately if you notice any issues.

Section 4 — Communications & Platform

  1. Messaging System

We only communicate with users via the registered email address on the account or after verifying the account via Live chat.

  2. Communications Opt-Out

We may contact users via email, mail or phone to provide account information and updates. We will not rent, trade, or release user information without consent. Users may opt out of the various types of communications by contacting our Customer Success Team.

  3. Non-Waiver

Our failure to enforce strict performance of any provision of these Terms at any time does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce that provision or any other provision in the future. No verbal modification of these Terms by any employee, officer, or agent of Paradise Wager is valid.

Section 5 — Responsible Gambling

  1. Our Commitment

Paradise Wager is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing a safe, enjoyable environment for recreational wagering. We encourage all users to wager responsibly and within their means. Gambling should be treated as entertainment - not as a source of income or a way to recover financial losses.

  2. Know the Warning Signs

Problem gambling can affect anyone. Common warning signs include: wagering more than you can afford to lose, chasing losses, gambling interfering with work, family, or personal relationships, borrowing money to gamble, feeling anxiety or distress related to gambling, or being unable to stop or reduce wagering activity. If you recognize these signs in yourself or someone you know, we strongly encourage you to seek help.

  3. Self-Exclusion

Users who feel they need a break from wagering may request a self-exclusion at any time. Contact our Customer Success Team to have your account temporarily suspended or permanently closed. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to access your account or place wagers. We take self-exclusion requests seriously and will act on them promptly.

  4. Protecting Minors

Paradise Wager does not permit anyone under the age of 21 to open an account or place wagers. If you share a computer or device with others, please ensure that minors cannot access your account. We reserve the right to request age verification at any time and will close any account found to be held by or used by a minor.

  5. Resources & Support

If you or someone you know may have a gambling problem, free and confidential help is available 24/7. National Problem Gambling Helpline: 1-800-522-4700 (call or text). National Council on Problem Gambling: www.ncpgambling.org. Gamblers Anonymous: www.gamblersanonymous.org. Our Customer Success Team can also assist in connecting you with appropriate support.

Section 6 — Fraud

  1. Zero Tolerance

Paradise Wager maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy for fraud of any kind. Any user found to have engaged in fraudulent activity will have their account immediately suspended pending investigation, and will be subject to permanent termination and potential legal action.

  2. Fraudulent Activity

Fraudulent activity includes, but is not limited to: providing false identity or account information; using stolen, unauthorized, or fraudulent payment methods; exploiting system errors or technical vulnerabilities for financial gain; placing wagers with advance knowledge obtained through improper means; engaging in any form of money laundering through the platform; and any form of chargebacks or reversal of legitimate transactions.

  3. Investigation & Account Action

We reserve the right to investigate any account or transaction suspected of involving fraud. During an investigation, we may place a hold on the account and any associated funds. If fraud is confirmed, all associated winnings will be void, account balances may be seized, and the matter may be referred to the appropriate authorities. Our determination following an investigation is final.

  4. Reporting Fraud

If you believe you have been a victim of fraud in connection with your Paradise Wager account, or if you suspect fraudulent activity by another user, contact our Customer Success Team immediately via your registered email address.

  5. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal on a legitimate deposit is considered a fraudulent act. Users who initiate chargebacks will have their accounts suspended immediately. Any outstanding balance will be forfeited, and the full chargeback amount plus any associated fees may be pursued through legal channels.

Section 7 — Intellectual Property

  1. Ownership

All content on the Paradise Wager website - including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, data compilations, software, and the overall design and layout of the site - is the property of Paradise Wager or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing on this website grants you any license or right to use any of this content without our express prior written permission.

  2. Permitted Use

You may access and use the website solely for your own personal, non-commercial wagering and account management purposes. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, transmit, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from this website for any purpose without our prior written consent.

  3. Trademarks

The Paradise Wager name, logo, and any associated marks or branding are trademarks of Paradise Wager. You may not use any of our trademarks, trade names, or branding in connection with any product, service, or activity without our express prior written permission.

  4. User Content

Any content or information you submit to Paradise Wager - including messages, feedback, or claims - may be used by us for internal purposes including improving our services and resolving disputes. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use such content for these purposes.

  5. Third-Party Content

The website may contain links to or data from third-party sources. Paradise Wager does not claim ownership of third-party content and is not responsible for its accuracy or availability. Any third-party trademarks referenced on our site remain the property of their respective owners.

  6. Infringement

If you believe that any content on our website infringes upon your intellectual property rights, please contact our Customer Success Team with a detailed description of the alleged infringement. We will investigate and take appropriate action.

Section 8 — Wagering

For full details on sport-specific rules, bet types, and grading procedures, please refer to the Paradise Wager Betting Rules section.

  1. Balance Verification

Account balances must be verified by the user upon each login, prior to any other actions. By proceeding to any other activity, you confirm that all previous transactions are correct and that you have no outstanding claims. Any disputes or discrepancies must be raised at this time. Contact our Customer Success Team for any account balance concerns.

  2. Wager Finality

Once a wager has been confirmed online, it is considered final and cannot be altered or canceled. You may wager the opposite side to reduce exposure, but the original bet cannot be deleted. All payouts are calculated using the odds in effect at the moment the wager was placed; subsequent changes to the odds will not affect pending wagers. We strongly recommend reviewing all wagers carefully before confirming them.

  3. Wager Refusal

We reserve the right to refuse or limit any wager, from any user, at any time and without cause. Betting options and account limits may be adjusted or eliminated at any time.

  4. Bad Lines / Incorrect Lines

Any wagers on obviously bad, erroneous, or off lines will be immediately canceled upon discovery and refunded. In the case of an obvious error on a posted line, scheduled game time, or maximum wager limit, all wagers on that game or event will be deemed 'No Action' and canceled. For any wagers that are processed after an event has started, management reserves the right to cancel. Any wagers placed after the outcome of an event is public knowledge will be canceled, regardless of when they were placed.

  5. Syndicates & Collusion

Management reserves the right to reject any wagers from individuals suspected of collusion regarding match outcomes, wager limits, or line manipulation - regardless of when the collusion is discovered.

  6. Parlay Restrictions

It is not possible to parlay both the spread and the moneyline on the same team in the same game. Parlays where the outcome of one selection closely contributes to the outcome of another (correlated plays) are not allowed. Similarly, run lines cannot be parlayed with totals in the same baseball game, and puck lines cannot be parlayed with totals in the same hockey game. All decisions relating to parlay restrictions are final.

  7. Current Event Props

Any wagers placed after the outcome of an event or prop is known are subject to cancellation. Management's decision is final.

  8. Live Betting

Live betting wagers are subject to all general wagering rules above. Wagers placed using delayed or third-party live data feeds - where the bettor has advance knowledge of the result before the line updates - may be voided. Fair play on all live markets is required.

Section 9 — Results & Grading

For full sport-specific grading rules and event completion timelines, please refer to the Paradise Wager Betting Rules section.

  1. Protested or Overturned Decisions

The winner of an event will be determined on the date of the event's conclusion. We do not recognize protested games or overturned decisions for wagering purposes. The result of an event suspended after the start of competition will be decided according to the wagering rules specified for that sport.

  2. Delayed or Postponed Events

If any game, match, or event is delayed or postponed before it has reached the point where it can be considered an official result for wagering purposes, all wagers have no action unless the event is resumed within the applicable timeframe for that sport. Exceptions apply for post-season, playoff, or major tournament games - such events will have action as long as the game is completed within 30 days of the original start date. For specific postponement rules by sport, refer to the Betting Rules or contact our Customer Success Team.

  3. Steve Harvey Rule

For any event requiring vote tallies where an individual reads the winner from a card or teleprompter, only the winner announced at the end of the broadcast counts for wagering purposes. If a winner is announced in error and immediately corrected, all wagers will be graded with the corrected result.

  4. Warren Beatty Rule

Please see the Steve Harvey Rule above.

  5. Accounting Error

In the event that funds are credited to a user's account in error, the user must notify our Customer Success Team without delay. Unless otherwise notified by us, any transaction resulting from the error shall be void.

By accessing or using Paradise Wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.
